Promoting diversity and inclusion in our industry.<br \/>\nSupporting individuals at every stage of their career through mentoring programs, training and networking opportunities.<br \/>\nBuilding an international community where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Partnership with the ESOMAR Foundation<br \/>\nWIRe works closely with the ESOMAR Foundation to promote the education and professional development of under-represented voices in market research. Together, they have funded scholarships for people wishing to pursue a career in research, in countries such as Guatemala or Sri Lanka, amplifying the diverse perspectives within our industry.<\/p>\n<p>Why inclusion is essential<br \/>\nWIRe&#8217;s mission is to create a space where everyone-regardless of gender, genderlessness, background or experience-feels supported, valued and encouraged to contribute.
